# Create or edit Business note

`businesses.upsert_note`

Create a private note on this Business when note_id is null, or replace the complete content of the selected note. Read businesses.list_notes first before editing an existing note. This does not contact the client or change application data. Reuse client_request_id only for an identical retry.
