`client_intake_applications.delete_repeatable_item`

Delete one repeatable row and its row-scoped answers from a Client Intake Application. Read the group first and pass its latest answers_revision and the exact item_id. Explain which row, child answers and files will be removed, then ask for a second explicit confirmation after establishing intent.
