# Create custom Outbound partner

`outbound_channels.create`

Create a custom Outbound partner (Outbound Channel) with its own unpublished deal package. This does not connect to another provider, publish the package, send invitations, or submit deals. Choose default_application to inherit the portal default, or blank_application to create an empty form. Use the returned package_slug with deal_packages.get_config to author its offerings. Reuse client_request_id only for the identical request.
