# Get connection status

`provider_connections.get`

Check your Portal's REST API, MCP, and webhook connections and their 24-hour health counts. Verify an MCP connection with a successful read through your signed-in client. Manage API keys and webhook destinations in Settings > Connections.

Availability depends on live discovery and your access to the record. Do not infer MCP calls from REST paths.
