List available Deal application decisions

GET/deal-applications/{application_id}/decision-options/

Read the decisions available to your Portal and current optional notification recipients. Requires deal_applications write access and a Deal in your Portal. Availability follows your role on the Deal and its current application status. The returned ETag identifies the application revision; answers_revision identifies the reviewed answers.
